I love comments! But I do have a few guidelines. It keeps things friendly and simple. No fuss, no muss. — Honestly, I have NO idea what that even means! LOLz

I recommend everyone follow these comment policy guidelines to help keep the blog a constructive place for discussion. I reserve the right to edit or delete comments submitted to Gypsy Alchemy at any time without notice. This policy may be updated at any time.

Moderation, Editing & Spam

  • All first-time commenters and any comments containing two or more links are moderated.
  • Comments may be lightly edited for obvious spelling or grammatical errors. I may or may not note the edit.
  • Comments identified as spam may be filtered or removed.
  • Obvious spammers may be blocked by IP address. — I love WordPress!

Language and Behavior

  • No flaming and NO bullying! If you don’t like what I said or what another commenter said, that is fine. Don’t be rude. Be constructive. If you can’t be nice, move on. Bullying and flaming are not tolerated under any circumstances on Gypsy Alchemy. Sorry, NOT sorry!
  • Please watch your language. If you type it and send it, I’ll know it. I may leave it, edit it, or delete it. It depends on the context and the words used.
  • Please use a translator whenever possible if English is not your native language. Sadly, I am not bilingual, and I really would like to understand what my international friends are saying on my blog! Thanks in advance! <3

Linking in Your Comment

  • Comments containing two or more links are moderated.
  • Links to other websites are welcome when they are relevant to the subject. Spammy or unrelated links will be removed without notice. Sorry, NOT sorry!
  • Signatures are allowed in comments. Please keep them to two lines. Anything beyond the second line may be removed. Repeat offenders may be blocked from commenting.

Real Names and Email Addresses

  • Comments must include a name and email address. Keywords are not names, and those comments may be treated as spam.
  • You may subscribe to follow-up comments or new posts when those options are available.
